This week we will report on how gender equal the Stockholm Stock Exchange is. The stock market consists of 330 companies on small, mid and large cap. We have digged into the data and will present the latest findings for top managements and CEOs during March.
Hint: we still have a long way to reach gender equality and we are moving in the right direction.
INSIGHT – The majority of companies’ management are dominated my men. 66 (72 one year ago) companies have ZERO women in management and 192 (185) are dominated by men. 62 (52) out of 330 companies are gender equal* which represents 19 percent of the companies. 9 (6) managements are dominated by women. Zero (1) companies have 100 percent women in top management.
